What Makes It A Cut Above: Blackstones is a traditional steakhouse along the lines of what you'd find in Manhattan. So explained Private Dining Room Manager Tori Fax, adding that Chef Carlos Deldid "really cooks with love and you can taste it."
A professional wait staff and owner who "takes pride in the food he serves" are all reasons this establishment is special. Worth noting: there's a second location in Greenwich, with a third set to open in Southport. Expect classic appetizers, prime dry-aged beef, fresh seafood and traditional steakhouse side dishes. The steakhouse is also known for its extensive wine list.
