Cocktails offered: 20, along with occasional specials.
Most Fun Concoction: The "Local Lemonade," which is made by infusing vodka with strawberries and basil overnight. Bar Manager John Kubicsko calls it "simple, but tasty." You'll also find off menu drinks with fun names such as Strawberry Fields Forever, Drunken Sage, Down with BPP, Smashing Pumpkins and Kubiscsko's award- winning Manhattan called New York Thymes.
Shaken and Stirred: Kubicsko said Local is always trying new homemade syrups and infusions to go with the seasons. "Being a beer bar we don't have a ton of back bar space for all the newest liquors so that forces us to be creative with what we have," he said. "Our chef is great too because he is always giving us new products to work with."
