NORWALK, Conn. - Baseball is in full swing in Norwalk.

The Cranbury Baseball PONY League opened its season this past weekend, as players from all five of the league's divisions were on hand for the festivities.

State Sen. Bob Duff threw out the ceremonial first pitch after a welcome speech by Cranbury president Rich Clemens. Cranbury League players ages 4-12 encircled the diamond for the celebration.

Players and parents enjoyed hot dogs, hamburgers and ice cream before the ceremonies. Parents and fans were then treated to games played by teams at all five levels ...
