Couture For A Cause: 7 p.m. The Young Women's League of New Canaan will hold its second annual spring fundraising event, "Couture For A Cause,” at the Loading Dock in Stamford. The event includes cocktails, light bites, dancing, auction and a fashion show of this spring's trends. Tickets are $100 or $150. For more information, visit www.ywlnewcanaan.org. Bone Marrow Drive for 4 year old Jayden Roll: 9 a.m. Four-year-old Jayden Roll was diagnosed with MDS, a disease that may soon develop into AML leukemia. In order to survive, Jayden will need a bone marrow transplant in the coming weeks. But first, she will have to find a match. Unfortunately, there are no existing matches in the registry, so Intensity Fitness is hosting an event to boost the registry. Free. Intensity Fitness, 508 Westport Ave., Norwalk.

Palmer’s Market Classic Rock Car Show: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Come to the Palmer’s Market Classic Rock Car Show hosted by Peter Bush of 95.9 THE FOX. Free admission for spectators, $10 for participating vehicles. Palmer’s Market, 264 Heights Road, Darien.
