Friday, Nov. 16

Del McCoury and Sam Bush: 8 p.m. Del McCoury and Sam Bush will perform a night of acoustic music. Tickets are $35-65. Norwalk Concert Hall, 125 East Ave.

Saturday, Nov. 17

Dia de los Muertos celebration: 1 p.m. The South Norwalk Branch Library continues its celebration of Latino holidays and culture with Dia de los Muertos. Children and adults should bring a picture or an object of a loved one who has passed away. Their lives will be celebrated with games and dances from Mexico and different Central American countries. South Norwalk Branch Library, 10 Washington St.

Tellabration: 8 p.m. This worldwide storytelling event for adults will feature stories by Jennifer Munro, Eddie Pleasant, Lara Herscovitch and Slash Coleman. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. The United Church of Rowayton, 210 Rowayton Ave.

Sunday, Nov. 18

Community Thanksgiving Luncheon: 12 p.m. Enjoy a traditional turkey feast with all the trimmings, including homemade desserts.  This event is free, with no reservations required. East Avenue United Methodist Church, 244 East Ave.
