Norwalk Violin Ensemble Among Weekend's Biggest Events

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Enjoy fine art, catch some live music, sing your heart out and more in Fairfield County this weekend.

1. 41st Annual Westport Fine Arts Festival from Saturday, July 19, to Sunday, July 20, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Westport Downtown Merchants Association’s 41st Westport Fine Arts Festival is set along the Saugatuck River and features original work from 135 artists. Additionally, enjoy live music, performances and refreshments from local restaurants. Parker Harding Plaza and Gorham Island.

2. Pop Concert In The Park: Featuring The Stamford Symphony Brass on Saturday, July 19, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Bring your chairs and a picnic to enjoy a night of music with the Stamford Symphony Brass. Mill River Park is accessible on Washington Boulevard from both the Bell Street garage as well as the Summer Place garage. Free. West Broad Street. 

3. Disney's "Frozen" Sing-A-Long at Stamford's Avon Theatre Film Centre on Saturday, July 19, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Let it go and sing along with the lovable characters of the new Disney classic that's sure to keep you cool. $6 to $11. 272 Bedford St. 

4. Violin Ensemble at Norwalk's Barnes & Noble from 1:30 to 2 p.m.

The Violin Ensemble from TESS, the Talent Education Suzuki School, will be putting on a free performance at Barnes & Noble before the children's author panel. Free. 360 Connecticut Ave.
