Fairfield Warde at Brien McMahon Basketball: 7 p.m. The Fairfield Warde boys' basketball team will visit Brien McMahon for a game. Brien McMahon High School, 300 Highland Ave.

Saturday, Jan. 19

Pre-Conception Wellness Seminar: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nutritionist Carolyn Gundell and nurse Joan Melby lead a seminar with health tips that can help conception and fertility, as well as a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Reproductive Medicine Associates of CT, 10 Glover Ave.

Sunday, Jan. 20

Martin Luther King Day Program: 3 p.m. This interfaith celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and African-American history will feature monologues, readings by clergy and scholars, musical performances and excerpts from the “I Have a Dream” speech. There also will be a food drive and donations for Goodwill. United Methodist Church, 49 Weston Road, Westport.
