The show, “So You Think You’ve Got Talent  2013,” begins at 8 p.m. at The Concert Hall, which is located at Norwalk’s City Hall.

Contestants must complete an online entry form at www.gottalent2013.com. Auditions will be held Wednesday, Sept. 11, and Thursday, Sept. 12, from 5:30 to 10 p.m. at Norwalk City Hall.

A prize of $2,500 will go to the second place winner, and the third place winner will receive $1,000. People can donate to support improvements for the Concert Hall via an online donation.

The talent show is part of a rejuvenation project that will help improve the Concert Hall’s lighting, sound and stage equipment. Organizers hope improvements to the hall will help attract a wider range of professional musical and performing groups and bring more business to local restaurants, hotels and shops.

The show was created by Chris Titus of CA Titus Productions.
