Albertson will examine the controversy surrounding the Confederate battle flag and American policy, both foreign and domestic. His discussion will focus on the question of how an American administration can support a Kiev government that is aided by fascist elements with racist overtones. He will shed light on this complex and difficult issue. He will use a short clip of a video to encourage discussion.

SoNo will also hold a special session of its Community Conversation series on Thursday, from 6 to 8 p.m. It will be presented by Ada Suarez and Jose Centeno, both of the Connecticut Department of Protection and Advocacy. The session -- offered in Spanish -- is specifically designed for parents of children with disabilities, who are receiving Special Education Services and want to know more about their rights.
