Rowayton Community Center Hosts Free Lecture On Songbirds

ROWAYTON, Conn. -- The Rowayton Community Center will be holding a free lecture on enhancing your backyard to attract more songbirds.

The lecture will be on March 3 at 7 p.m. at the Rowayton Community Center on 33 Highland Ave. in Rowayton.

Katie Blake, bird-friendly communities coordinator for Audubon Connecticut, will be speaking about how to enhance your backyard and community green space to provide quality habit for migrating songbirds.

The presentation is sponsored jointly by Audubon Connecticut, Rowayton Gardeners, Norwalk Tree Alliance, Norwalk Land Trust and the Sixth Taxing District.
