Norwalk's Music Theatre Of Connecticut Opens With Gala

NORWALK, Conn. – The Music Theatre of Connecticut will celebrate the grand opening of The New MTC by holding a gala fundraiser Saturday, Sept. 27, at 7 p.m. at The New MTC, 509 Westport Ave.

The New MTC Grand Opening Gala Fundraiser will feature a wine tasting by Harry’s Wine & Liquor Market, and entertainment will include a special performance by Broadway legend Andrea McArdle as well as MTC alumni Mia Gentile of Off-Broadway’s "Forbidden Broadway” and Adam Kaplan of Broadway’s "Newsies" and other surprise Broadway guests.

The event will be hosted by Scott Bryce of TV's "As the World Turns.”

The New MTC boasts a state-of-the-art black box theater, rehearsal studios, scenic and costume design shops, dressing rooms and beautiful lobby and public spaces.
