NORWALK, Conn. -- Residents who can't afford, or are in need of rabies shots for their animals can receive low-cost vaccinations during a special event on Sunday, June 5 at the Norwalk Animal Control Division.
Norwalk Animal Control and the Norwalk Town Clerk’s Office will hold the 12th annual Low Cost Rabies Clinic from 10 a.m. to noon at the division on South Smith Street.
For Norwalk residents and their pets only, the event will offer $20 shots, cash only. Residents may also purchase 2016-17 licenses during the event.
Cost for Licenses: neutered/spayed dogs - $8. Un-neutered dogs - $19.
Dogs must be on a leash and cats should be in a carrier.
