Norwalk Presents Ways To Increase Property Values Of Multifamily Dwellings

NORWALK, Conn. – The City of Norwalk is presenting a talk on increasing property values for multifamily property owners (those who own five or more living units) on Thursday, May 7, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Community Room, Room 128, at Norwalk City Hall.

The workshop will provide information on:

  • Financing energy improvements without out-of-pocket payments; 
  • Learning to identify energy savings and opportunities for the building; and 
  • Finding out about how other multifamily property owners in Connecticut achieve lower operating costs, improve asset values and provide a healthy environment for tenants. 

Breakfast and check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m.; the presentation will run from 8 to 9:30 a.m.
