Representatives from the Norwalk Community Health Center will provide information about the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program application process, as well as other programs for which the community can apply using the same application. This includes the Medicare Savings Program, which covers the cost of Medicare part B, and more.
The representatives also will provide information about health insurance options available at Norwalk Community Health Center and the Access Health deadline. This program is free but registration is required. Register online or by calling 203-899-2790 Ext. 15902.
The application session will be from 11 a.m. to noon.
