NORWALK, Conn. -- The next meeting of the Hearing Loss Association Southwest Connecticut Chapter will be held on Tuesday, April 12 at the Norwalk Senior Center.
The topic will be whether there is a cure for hearing loss. The scheduled speaker is Laura Friedman, Program and Communication manager from the Hearing Health Foundation based in New York City. She will discuss what progress has been made in rejuvenating the hair cells within the cochlear or inner ear which is responsible for transmitting sound to our brain
