Norwalk Holds Bicycle Rodeo With Focus On Safety, Fun

NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk organizations have planned a Bicycle Rodeo to promote safety awareness on Saturday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Norwalk City Hall Parking Lot.

There will be a bicycle rodeo in Norwalk to teach bicycle safety.

The event will include a bicycle safety check, lessons on road hand signals and rules, and a bicycle riding course.

Participants will receive a helmet, a reflective T-shirt, prizes, activities, entertainment and fire safety trailer while supplies last.

Donations will be accepted and go toward Norwalk Hospital Pediatric or Norwalk Food Bank.
