Norwalk Animal Control Hosts Weekend Rabies Clinic

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Animal Control and town clerk's office will host a low-cost rabies clinic for pet owners in East Norwalk on Sunday, June 8, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats will be administered for $20. Only cash will be accepted for vaccinations.

Dog licenses will also be available for Norwalk residents. Licenses will cost $8 for spayed and neutered dogs, while licenses for unneutered dogs will cost $19.

Dogs must be leashed at all times, and cats must be kept in carriers.

The Norwalk Animal Control Division is at 13 S. Smith St.
