NORWALK, Conn. -- Learn Qigong for empowerment and joy at a two-day workshop at the South Norwalk Branch Library on Jan. 23 and 30.
Magaly Blakz returns with this two workshops that include group healing sessions. Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that focuses on physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Participants can request guidance at any time during the workshop.
Blakz is a practitioner and facilitator of Qigong. She is also a professional member of the National Qigong Association.
Both sessions will be held from 9:30-11 a.m. The program is free and open to the public.
SoNo Branch Library is located at 10 Washington St., Norwalk.
