NORWALK, Conn. – Dave Winston, president and head steward of Stamford’s Cove Island Wildlife Sanctuary, will be the keynote speaker at Norwalk Land Trust’s upcoming annual meeting.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held Monday, Jan. 26, in the community room of Norwalk City Hall at 125 East Ave.

Refreshments will be served starting at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

Winston has been with the Cove Island Wildlife Sanctuary since it was founded in 2006. He is also a certified master gardener.
