Community, Vendors Invited To Norwalk Vet Appreciation Day

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Police Department invites community members to the 10th Annual Weekend At the Post on Saturday, June 4 at the Frank C. Godfrey American Legion Post 12 in Norwalk.

The event is to thank veterans.. Groups are wanted and welcome. Vendor tables will be available at no cost.

The K-9 Unit, Emergency Services Unit and Motorcycle Unit will be on hand.

The event is from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a flag retirement program at 4 p.m., at the Post, 60 County St., Norwalk.
