Check Out Bargains At Norwalk's Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum will hold its eighth annual Old-fashioned Flea Market for bargain hunters on Sept. 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“Part of the fun is looking, and with a great variety of vendors nestled against one of the most magnificent National Historic Landmarks in the United States, music, antique cars, and the best barbecue in Fairfield County, visitors will be insured lots of family entertainment," said mansion Trustee Lynne Byington. 

The flea market will feature new, vintage and repurposed items such as jewelry, antiques, clothing, toys, furniture, household items and more. The Bob Button Big Band will perform live music, and Stew Leonard’s and Michael Gilmartin’s Outdoor Cookers Catering and Event Planning will serve barbecue. Shoppers can view the Mansion with a special admission price of $5 per person.

The Flea Market Committee is accepting items in good condition for the Mansion’s fundraising White Elephant table. Books, clothing, electronics and furniture are not accepted.
