The suit alleges the company “routinely failed to care” for them ” in any medically competent or meaningful manner” and even “fraudulently misrepresented and concealed” the nature and extent of those injuries," the Washington Post reported.
The lawsuit against the WWE and Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon was filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Connecticut, according to the Washington Post.
Plaintiffs include wrestlers, Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka and Joseph “Road Warrior Animal” Laurinaitis, said the Washington Post.
