The addition of these newest sites in Darien, Norwalk, Southport, Stamford, Wilton and Ridgefield demonstrates the company's plans to expand its services to provide care, new treatment options and convenience to more patients requiring injury treatment and prevention.

The addition of the centers affords clients a broader team of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, and sports rehabilitation experts dedicated to providing treatment plans catered towards patients and their injuries, said a release.

"Through this acquisition, we will have the opportunity to partner the largest outpatient provider in the northeast with the best provider in Fairfield County for more than 25 years," said Charlie Byrd, Partner, Vice President of Clinical Operations in Westchester and Connecticut at Professional Physical Therapy.
