NORWALK, Conn. -- Omega Engineering in Stamford will be relocating its corporate headquarters to Norwalk, according to an announcement.
The global instrumentation company has signed an agreement deal for a 26,995-square-foot office lease at 800 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk.
The property is owned by CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 7, a fund sponsored by CBRE Global Investors, said the release.
The company's Stamford headquarters is currently at One Omega Drive in Stamford.
“800 Connecticut Avenue is one of the very few office buildings in the market that caters to TAMI tenants and millennial employees, offering co-working and collaborative spaces as well as full WiFi connectivity,” said David Block.
Block, Steven Greenbush and Joseph Weaver of CBRE, represented the building ownership in the lease negotiations.
Steven Baker of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Omega Engineering, said the announcement.
The fund in the Strategic Partners U.S. series acquired 800 Connecticut Avenue last fall.
800 Connecticut Avenue has a four-story atrium lobby, full-service, cafeteria, fitness center, conference facilities, a putting green, WiFi connectivity and shuttle service to nearby train stations.
