"Small Business Saturday is the day to support Norwalk's own mom and pop shops, our unique and eclectic boutiques, our entrepreneurs and corner shops. Come out to downtown to shop, eat and be entertained," Rilling said in a statement.

Rilling is calling on Norwalk's small businesses to make Small Business Day a special event in Norwalk by promoting their wares and goods to the community. He is inviting everyone to come out to celebrate with them and help get the upcoming holiday season off to a great start.
