“I am delighted to present the folks at Norwalk’s largest law firm, Goldman, Gruder & Woods, with an official proclamation in honor of the firm’s 20th anniversary,” said Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling before the event, according to a press release. “We appreciate all their contributions to the city and hold their practice in the highest esteem. We look forward to another 20 years of growth, both at the law firm and of our city.”
Councilman John Igneri read the proclamation on behalf of the city.
Goldman, Gruder & Woods recently expanded from one to three offices, adding locations in Greenwich and Trumbull.
“We are a business that came to Norwalk with a total of five full-time employees in 1995 and in the 20 years we’ve been here, we’ve grown into the largest law firm in the city, with more than 30 employees here,” said Ken Gruder, one of the principal attorneys, in a press release.
Attorneys at the law firm focus on real property litigation, business and corporate law, injury, health care, estate planning and probate, and landlord/tenant matters.
The firm also has been a regular and generous supporter of several Norwalk-based charities and organizations, including the Carver Foundation, the Mid-Fairfield Aids Project, and the Arts Commission.
