Norwalk Bank Building Sells For $2.95 Million

NORWALK, Conn. – The commercial building at 370 Westport Ave. in Norwalk that houses a Bankwell branch has been sold for $2.95 million.

Franco Fellah, executive vice president of HK Group, finalized the sale of the property. The newly built Bankwell at the site includes a drive through for customer convenience.

The 4,413-square-foot two-story building sits on a 0.35-acre lot zoned for Business 2.

The seller was 370 Westport Avenue LLC and the buyer was The Beach House LLC.

Attorney Steven Siegelaub of Berkowitz, Trager & Trager in Westport represented the seller, and attorney Steven Baron in Stamford represented the buyer.
