Oscar's Deli announced its pending closure on Facebook.

"After 42 years Oscar's will be shutting their doors permanently on Monday, August 1. On Sunday morning customers will be sharing memories and stories with each other. Thank you for always supporting local family-run businesses.

"Thank you Lee Papageorge for giving people second chances and for always loving your extended family," the post said.
