NORWALK, Conn. – A new Dunkin' Donuts coffee shop will move into the former Taco Bell space on Main Avenue in Norwalk, Westport-based real estate firm HK Group announced.
“Main Avenue in Norwalk is home to millions of square feet of office space. With all the daily commuters, it made sense that America’s favorite coffee brand would take a former Taco Bell space, complete with a drive-through,” HK Group said in a release.
The soon-to-be Dunkin' Donuts has about 2,000 square feet of space. It is located at 470 Main Ave., Norwalk.
“This location is almost directly across the street from the Merritt Parkway’s busy corporate park at Exit 40 and shares access with Tutor Time,” the release said.
Franco Fellah and Kerry Wood of HK Group brokered the deal between the landlord and franchisee.
